Omega fresh air intake necessary?

If the room this stove is going in can be a bit drafty, will I need a fresh air kit?

I want to keep the number of wall holes to a minimum.

Not necessary, But would be a plus. keeps the drafts to a minimum.

Hard to say. What else you got in your house, such as, gas stove, gas fireplace, vent fans, HRV/ERV, gas hot water tank, gas furnace, etc.? How tight is your house? I'm no fan of drilling extra holes, but I'm also no fan of creating negative pressure situations.
