May the good Lord watch over our brothers and sisters up in Boston. Just doesn't make sense. Heavenly Father please bless all those who today suffer and were affected in one way or another.

I was brushing my teeth and listening to the radio this morning and my gut was telling me I was crazy for consciously driving in the direction where people were lobbing grenades around. I headed off to work anyway. I'm about 8 miles away from Watertown. Some of my coworkers are locked in their houses.

Goodluck Knots. I have family up there who last night fled to my parents house in CT. I really hope they nab him soon.

Its really crazy up there. I have been listening to the police scanners all day and they have really busy. Lots of chatter. There was a guy on the ground earlier and the bomb unit had to come out but that has gone quiet.

Part of why I moved north (from CT) was to get away from this stuff. I lived two miles from the guy who tried to do Times Square. I worked at what he said was his back-up target. The 9/11 guys tried to rent in the town I worked. They trained a little in Naugatuck.

Oh well, at least they got this guy. They were talking about locking us IN at work if the search radius got any larger. Talk about a nightmare - locked in at work on a Friday.

I work in Boston and thought I was going to be locked in... My company brought in extra security people and were checking cars as we drove into the parking lot.. Plenty of paranoia to go around..
