Do they make an outside air kit that has a "check valve" so that you do not end up with a reverse draft on your OAK.

There are “backdraft dampers” for various applications. No one makes one specifically fora wood stove combustion air pipe. Manufacturers will tell you NOT to install fresh air pipe above stove. There are some people who do it without problem.

Most people will get away with it. But it isn't allowed for a reason. It can go badly
