We are not very familiar with pellet stoves we have a kozi Olivia and it keeps over-feeding pellets that is kozi Koz y any suggestions

Welcome.
First thing would be to read the manual and see the details of a good cleaning. More than a good share of stove malfunctions are from blocked passages or venting.
Older stoves have the usual wear issues and top of the list is door seals compressing and leaking. Test is simple and we call it the dollar bill test. Simply put the bill in the door gasket area and close and latch the door and if the bill is tough to pull out it is good, repeat all around the doors
 
I dont know of the design. Only heard of the stove and unfortunately thats probably why no replies with insights.
Check the exhaust fan for oil ports. I may need the motor windings blown out and a couple drops of oil to get it back to full rpm. Lot of the older fan motors need a couple drops of oil per season to properly run.
