The pictures help. The stove pipe temps are nuts. Hope it's the thermometer.
It looks like the wood is stacked somewhat randomly in the stove. I see some top pieces at an angle. The fire will burn slower if the pieces are put in parallel with little air space between the splits. This is a full N/S reload in the T6.
