Just wondering if this is too warped and should be replaced

Its probably ok for now but it looks like your running it to hard

It doesn't look too bad. With the baffle flipped on its back and the camera close to the front, it looks like there is some distortion. Take another picture of it right side up and back in the stove.
 
I also just replaced my baffle but I noticed the original baffle had no steel top like the replacement, only the insulation attached to the top (is this a mistake from the factory or did they come like this?). Also the pin tab was on the other side and does not completely line up with the hole in the back plate, the tab hole is a little too high. I would hve to widen the hole in the tab for it to work or not use the pin. I assume the pin is not necessary and is just to hold the baffle in place so it doesn't fall down, but the weight of the baffle I think is heavy enough to prevent movement.

Yes, some came like this for awhile. The eBay one may not be a 100% exact replacement if from a different series (A, B , C)
