Which PE stove should I get. Im replacing an old BIS fireplace. Changing to a freestanding stove. I have a 1300sq ft home. The stove is going in the living room on the mainfloor which is open to the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and small loft. We have propane heat and used the BIS a ton to supplement that. It gets very cold here in the winter (-20c to -40c). Id like to use the stove to heat as much as possible.

Would the super be too small? Summit too big? Other options?

Thanks!

Either would work. They are both good stoves. The Super will need more frequent refills, than the Summit.
How frequent depends on how well insulated the house is, wood species burned, and what the normal winter temps are vs the extremes.
