In this area, I could see ice fishing people being interested.
Many of the ice fishing shacks have small wood stoves for warmth and there is a long tradition of consuming alcohol to help numb the effects of the cold.

Neat indeed! Wonder how many BTU's that puts out. Get the big one and use it for a back up pellet stove in my basement!
