Pellet stove hopper

I have a quadrafire classic bay 1200 pellet stove
I just finished cleaning the stove and turned it back on. The fan kicks on as usual but no pellets came out. I checked to make sure the top hatch was shut properly and it was. Any ideas?

Is the call for heat (red) light on?

Quads when plugged back in the combustion blower will run for a few minutes, normal.

It might be vacuum. Check to make sure your door and ash pan are latched. Also check to make sure your trap door at the bottom of burn pot is all the way in.
