Pellet stove kozi Baywin white ash

I bought a kozi baywin pellet stove and am just wondering if this white looking ash on the underside of top part of the stove is okay. Don’t want to make my family sick by blowing ash dust everywhere.

That’s not a good thing. Is the stove new. Looks like the stove gasket isn’t sealing properly.

Yes it is new I have only used it fo about 3 and a half months now
