Question:

Sounds like pellet stoves are becoming more reliable and easy to use. But I'd like to occasionally burn logs - for a 'real' fire place look. Are there any stoves that can take BOTH?? I realize with logs, I'd need a conventional chimney.

Answer:

There are no stoves that burn both fuels. The firepot is a pellet stove is tiny, and relies on electricity and augers to bring the fuel in on a constant basis.
