Hopefully the picture I've attached is clear enough I won't have to explain too much. This is from my Hearthstone Manchester...picture is from the front of the baffle. Will this damage cause any issues burning?

The pic is too close to tell what is going on exactly. How old is it? It might be under warranty still.
 
Looks like the board got nicked. Should be ok if that is all.
 
Looks like a bit of flame may be tunneling in under the burn tube there. I wonder if you could mold in some furnace cement as a patch. Check on the warranty first. If no coverage I would try a small patch there.
