As noted in a previous thread I'm not getting great heat out of my Lopi 1750. We have a great installer who is going to help install a pipe damper and temp probe on the pipe. I have 18’ of double wall pipe going straight up in the room connected to a factory chimney. The bottom section is a 48” expansion section, maybe 38” in use.
My question is where should the damper be mounted in relation to the stove and where should the temp probe be mounted relative to the damper. Thanks.
