When I built my house 14 years ago, I installed a Single unit that has a 100BTU furnace and Airconditioning unit
in one rectangular package with all combustion outside. They make for a simple installation but are not very efficient.
The unit is getting old and I am thinking of installing a separate more efficient gas furnace and a split airconditioning
unit. Any advise of furnace selection? Not looking for super efficiency but want much more than I have now.

Thanks

We put in a York 2 stage 90+% efficient unit two years ago and are very happy with it.
