Good looking wood hauler. I want to share something if you are serious about cutting wood. Get a flatbed on that truck. The factory beds do not hold up long when put into wood hauling duty. I have rewelded my bed numerous times trying to hold it together and this is the last year of making it last. I will be making a dumping flatbed for it next summer. Vertical cylinder up front, dump truck style, powered by the P/S pump, since I have manual steering. Cheap and very effective with very little force on the components. Also much faster than unloading by hand. That means twice as many trips per day.
 
Looks like ash to me as well . . . and like others I also like the Pallet Chainsaw Rack/Rear Window Protection. Slick idea.
