Tried to start the stove this morning and pellets would not ignite. The pot felt warm, but not hot enough to burn pellets. Where is a good place to buy new igniter? What is going to be involved in installing it on a 8 year old stove?
 
You prob need a new loop igniter, cost about 40 bucks at a Quad dealer. Did you observe if the ignitor was getting orange? Easy to see if you pull out the ashpan during startup cycle. Held onto the burnpot by a single wing nut....

Hello
Before you buy a new Igniter check the Igniter hole in the front of the Burn pot to see if any pellets are stuck in that hole. That will stop the hot air coming in to Lite the pellets. Also if it has the old control box, put the heat level on Medium or High to get enough air. If you have the newer clear plastic control box, it does that automatically at startup. The hole should be clear as in the 2nd pic below. See yellow arrow.
