auger motor doesn't seem to be working vacuumed the chute still not working any ideas ?

Can you remove it and test it on the bench,

Does call light come on when you turn tstat up? Does exhaust fan come on?

Have you tried jumping anything, what color control board do you have and are you getting any codes from it, do you have power at the motor?

Well, don't know the age of the unit, but its not going to turn with no pellets in the hopper. Put pellets in, turn up tstat, ensure call light is on and if it doesn't have the hopper switch, you can feel if the stove auger is turning and starting the cycle. You might need to push the reset button too. Also, is the venting clean? That might be a problem too, the comb blower and exh path...
