I have an older house that has a cement block style chimney. I was wondering if a single or a dual walled pipe is required for this? It has no liner, just the cement square block structure. Thanks.

An insulated liner is what is required, not single or dual-walled.

Thanks for the reply. So a liner is all we need to plumb a stove throughthe top of the chimney then?
