Just bought a used one season Englander 25 pdvc for 500 bucks, including all venting

Guy wants to sell 60 bags pellets with it for 3 bucks a bag. Good deal?
 
Depends on the pellet.
 
That's pretty cheap for pellets. I would guess that the pellets are pretty low quality.
