R Value- Floor- All Nighter

We have an All Nighter Little Moe.
We are trying to determine if this type 2 stove board with an r value of 1.5 is sufficient for proper heat protection for the wood floor beneath.

I see new stoves specifically tell owners what R value is needed- I cannot find that info for All Nighter

This mat does technically meat the requirement as it is not combustible, 3/8 thick. I suppose we will have to see what the building inspector thinks- I’d just rather have it 100% correct before he comes
