Hello all, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or can point me in the right direction. It’s a 20kw Ravelli HRV200 with water boiler.
The pellet burner starts normally, no alarms, but once it properly heated up and tries to turn on the room blower fan, it beeps 10 times and MOD alarm comes up on the remote control. But there’s no further fault codes or anything to tell you what the problem is, just has triangle with exclamation mark, and MOD. It’s like it goes into limp mode, keeps running but won’t increase pellet feed or turn on room blower, water pump is on and circulation normal… any ideas? I’ve cleaned the air intake sensor, cleaned out behind the ash trap panels, checked exhaust blower fan. I’ve run out of ideas….
