Hi everyone. Last winter my old Intrepid became hard to control with respect to fire temp. There are no cracks in the iron body. I suspect that the panel seams need to be re-cemented. Throwing a few smoker pellets in there does show leakage on one of the front vertical seams. My question is, once I have it all disassembled and the joints cleaned up, what should I use to seal them? Furnace cement, stove cement, refractory cement,...?
