I inherited this t-40 in a house we bought. All in all decent shape, but the hopper seals are trash. And what was on there is black foam weather stripping style.

What's odd about this is that when the sides and back are in place, there is about a 1/4 in. gap from the lip of the hopper, to the underside of the two sides and back.

So that area has to be sealed, and the a layer on the top of the three sides to seal the lid. This make the front edge of the hopper-to-lid gap turn into something like 3/8 in.

I cannot find a kit, or instructions or even pictures on how this should be done. Foam or fiberglass? With no info it seems that I would have to do the three sides and just make the difference on the front?

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Greg
