I am having some difficulty programing th remote for my Enviro fire place insert. Is there someone I could call to walk me through the set up/programing.
My local dealer is not available until Nov 29

I have an Enviro insert and the proflame 2 remote-
My first question is on the battery holder on the insert the switch is a three position switch- what position shoud I have it in left - right or center?

I believe it is the 30 - the switch (battery box) from what I can find on line has 3 settings -
left On - middle remote - right off-
Is that correct?
