Older Regency insert, no idea of the model. Gasket is a cpl years old. Getting build up on the sides near the hinge and handle. Passes the dollar bill test in most places.( except near the handle not so well.)
Is there a seal around the handle itself that may be missing or worn out? I have adjusted the handle a few times and I think there may be an air leak on it.
I have new gasket to install butthe old one still seems pliable. Photo is of the inside of the door handle on the right.
What do you suggest as a next step?
