Replacing collar on fisher wood stove

I bought a fisher mama bear and need to replace the collar. What’s the process?

Grind welds, replace and make sure it extends into stove the same as original.

Older stoves have a thin wall pipe measuring 6 inch OD. You may need to grind the opening larger to fit a newer 6 inch ID vent pipe.
