Good Afternoon Ladies and Gents,

I am posting on behalf of my study team at the Industrial Design Faculty of TU/Delft, Netherlands.

We are conducting research into the design of pellet stoves and how people interact with stoves.

It would be very much appreciated if you could take the time to complete the questions, it won't take long!

Look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Fairly simple questionnaire... wonder what exactly they are trying to determine as far as ergonomics. Bulk vs. bags? Physical limitations vs. no mobility issues?

Only issue I had with the questionnaire is they ask which months you burn and then hours. Shoulder seasons it is only on for a couple hours/day vs. deep winter when it is 24/7 and multiple bags of fuel.

Differences in countries ... not a lot of room for corn crops;hm Rules out Snowy responding accurately as she burns nut shells! The Netherlands is 16, 164 sq miles ... slightly less than 2 New Jerseys with only 25% arable land. http://www.nationmaster.com/country-info/profiles/Netherlands/Geography

Maybe not so concerned with fuels used but frequency of use and work involved in refuelling and cleaning...
