Seems a good number of us have installed a PH as a replacement for a Fireview. I'm curious how many have been able to part with their Fireview? Or, for those keeping the little beauties, what plans, intentions, dreams you have around the stove? I'm hoping down the road to either build a combined garage/storage shed/workshop with living quarters over (so the children and granchildren can have the main house for the summers) OR build a greenhouse/mudentrance/bedroom/library extension so as I age I can more easily pursue my joys AND live on one floor more comfortably if necessary. So my Fireview sits diagonally in a window corner in my family room. Sort of hoped the stone would absorb sunlight and radiate a bit of hea in its sunny southern location, but no such luck as far as I can see. Anyway, the Fireview would heat either of those projects beautifully. So I'm keeping it, and keeping my dreams alive. Have had two spontaneous offers for it so far.
