Just beginning my research and would like some input from those already with valuable experience...

Info:
Looking for a standalone Pellet stove (efficient & low maintenance)
2600 sq ft raised ranch in Connecticut

Not sure what stove to go with so if anybody has some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

I also saw good reviews on a RIKA / Austroflamm Integra II Freestanding Pellet Stove
(broken link removed to http://www.ebay.com/itm/RIKA-Austroflamm-Integra-II-Freestanding-Pellet-Stove-Several-Colors-/171103652623?pt=US_Heating_Stoves&var=&hash=item27d6928b0f)

anybody had experience with the Rika Integra II

I also heard that Harmon makes a good stove. If so can you recommend a stove.

Any input is appreciated

Thanks

I have a 1994 Integra. The things a tank. Had to replace the auger motor last year other than that its keep it clean and feed it pellets. I would guess i have run close to 80-85 tons through it by now

I love my St Croix. Great stove and not as expensive as a comparable sized Harman.

I've been having problems with my pellet stove. Er3 comes up and it shuts off when its working on the fresh air intake. When its indoor air intake, it will stay on, but turns off every few hours. I've changed the pellets to premium and cleaned the whole thing multiple times. Anyone know what's wrong with it?

I shall try to help. These stoves have not been imported for a long time. There are new ones out there, with a warrenty, but 8 to 10 years old.For help with your problem, describe your last cleaning procedure, the way the stove is installed, and where you are located.Being on the coast there are good rika techs there

I've cleaned and installed it exactly as it says in the manual

What brand stove is this??

It's the newest Integra II, I've only had it for about 2 months. Don't know how to get it to stay on. Programming didnt help, neither did timed-mode. Any suggestions?

We want to help, but we need to know exactly what you did for cleaning,
How many bags of pellets have you run through the stove??
How long did fire burn before shutting down? What did it look like Active or lazy?
Did you try in manual mode??
