1 is it possible to fix a warped door.
2 the door opens and closes very easily but I cannot get the pins out.i tried using a punch and big hammer and they don't move

Best way to fix a warped door is to replace it with a new one. You may have to heat the hinge to get the pins out.

If your door and stove front are cast iron be careful with any heavy hammering since cast can break rather than bend. You might try drilling the pins out of the hinges. If you are careful with a punch you can start a dimple in the center of the pin and then the drill bit won't skate off center as you start drilling. Also, be sure to use a sharp high speed steel bit.
