Hi All

My Blaze King Princess 32 started acting up recently. The it didn't seem to matter if the thermostat was wide open or almost closed, it would burn the same. The logs wouldn't fully burn either and the ash was accumulating extra fast. I had cleaned out the ashes not two weeks before it was full again. The combuster was fine (cleaned 2 weeks prior as well) and everything else seems to be ok. I took off the chimney to see if it was an issue, but it was fine.
However I notice a long gap in the liner where the chimney connects to the wall. The one picture shows a lot of light coming from the back where the sleeve goes to. It looks like it would leak either air into the pipe or CO1 out of the pipe when the chimney is connected.
Has anyone ever had this? And how would one fix this? Everything was in stalled Oct 2022
