We are running the kitchen queen a bit warmer tonight to get more heat to the other end of the house. I looked inside and the secondaries were rolling like crazy. A huge swirl of blue, white, and yellow under the cook top. It is now 104 in here and 80 at the other end of the house, which is not winterized and is very drafty. The temps should even out as the night goes on. Sure is nice when the temps outside are in the single digits.

I am very happy with my 480 Kitchen Queen Cookstove, which I bought from Obadiah's Woodstoves a couple years ago. I will never ever be cold again. Plenty of meals have been cooked both in the oven and on the large cooking surface. I enjoy loading wood into the firebox through the plate on top, or conventionally through the door when I need to fill the firebox on really cold nights. It burns very cleanly for a cookstove; the chimney smells outside have been pleasant.
