Does anyone here have any experience they can share with this product or anything similar? I feel like so much heat is wasted going up the chimney, there should be more ways to get heat out of the chimney before the hot air escapes. I'm tempted to try something like this out.

What stove are you using? What pipe temps are you running at?

That's a stack robber aka creosote machine. The stove should be producing the heat not the flue.

I have a Novo Supreme 24. I'm not sure what pipe temp is, just damn hot to the touch.

It's a double wall pipe.

It's not needed. The Supreme Nova is an efficient stove and the stack robbers are designed for single-wall stovepipe. On the surface, the double-wall is probably about 140-150º if running normally. That will burn your hand if kept there, but it's not too hot. By keeping the flue gases hot all the way out of the chimney, creosote production is minimal.
