We are installing the Selkirk double wall stove pipe to our Selkirk insulted chimney pipe using a universal chimney adpter.
My question has to do with the adapter piece. The instructions say to predrill 3 small holes around the pipe, and we're somewhat clear about how and why and where to do that. But there are three larger holes designed into this piece that confuse us. They are larger than any other hole in this stovepipe system. (Approx 1/4" diameter.)
Anyone know what those are for?
Thank you!
