Should storage tank be horizontal or vertical

Hi All

I am putting in a 250 gal. H.O. smith glass lined storage tank that is rated for 250 psi. Tank is 30" wide 85" long. There are mounts to stand the tank upright ( vertical ), or I can make something to lay the tank down ( horizontal ). The tank has 7 2 1/2" plugs and 4 1" plugs and 2 3/4 plugs.
So what do you think would it be better horizontal or vertical??????

There's another thread on this - worth searching for. Vertical is best if you can do it and inlet / outlet are in appropriate locations.
