Sibs is now selling spruce pointe pellets..$2.92/ton..
anybody know how are they compared to crabbe???

Spruce Pointe is much cleaner in my opinion than the Crabbe's, that as others have noted left me with daily Crabbe cakes in my burn pot, lesson learned!

SP back in 2008 was the best pellet I have ever burned, low ash and awesome heat, had to turn feed down.

I know for me when I bought a ton last year there was a lot of fines and crumbled pellets in that ton.I know I won't buy them again.Didn't compare to the la creates or the lignetics that I ran thru the stove for the same price.
