So what is this? From http://englanderstoves.com/
Is there a thread about this already?

Yes, it's been discussed somewhat previously, but nothing substantial until Englander says something, or maybe Mike H. gives us a sneak preview.

In the Hearth room a member has a "Wood" model already. It's a NC-13 that has an Air control on it. It controls the Primary air intake on the wood stove. As the fire heats up, it closes, as it dies down, it opens, to keep the stove at a good burn and get max heat and efficiency. If you do a search, it's bound to come up
