I have a sante fe-b that I recently switched to a smart thermostat, a Sensi lite thermostat. The stove operates fine but the call light appears dim and a clicking noise is coming from the control box when the thermostat calls for heat. I would like to eliminate the clicking noise, and make sure that everything is safe and I’m not risking damage to the control board or any other components. Thanks for all the help!

Where are you getting the 24VAC from for the thermostat. The Santa-Fe does not supply 24VAC from the thermostat terminals. You probably need a 24VAC relay for the thermostat to open / close and connect the stove wires to the normally open set of contacts on the relay.
