That pic #3957 is the wiley ol' buck that owns that neck of the woods.......

Love the pics, Zappy! Those does were in the field, around 60 yds from my front door, again this evening. I was too busy chiseling stones for the hearth to get a picture of them.......they better not be out there in a couple of weeks when flintlock season comes in.....;)
 
Great pics Zap. That wild animal in pic 3957 looks like a BS Dennis species to me.:) Here are a couple I took on a recent 4 wheeling trip with my son and grandson. We stopped beside them and they didn't even quit feeding.

That appears to be the allusive Dennismota Woodasaurus. Watch out for them. They are notorious for tipping over wood splitters.

It makes cutting wood a bit easier when they hang around, it's always nice to see the fawns when mom brings them down the hill to the house.
