Sooteater question

Since you already have a brush, use the sooteater to only do the tough part of the flue. Use the brush to do the rest of it. Saves wear and tear, as well as having to disconnect segments of the sooteater as you come up (or down).

An 18V Li-Ion drill works fine....Ni-cad, NiMi, not so much.

I also made a segment disconnect plier by drilling a hole thru one jaw and screwing a bolt thru that. One squeeze and the
section twists off with little effort.

Would this be the correct setup for cleaning our Simpson Dura double - wall ?
