So my dad has an MS260 with the dreaded flippy caps. He can't work them for the life of him. Seems like he tries to put them in when not lined-up, flips the flip, cap goes all crooked & now it won't work even when in the correct slot until he twists the mechanism around to "reset" it or something.
Is it normal for that to happen if you activate the cam when mis-aligned? Should he get new lids?
Is there an easy way to replace them with the quaint, old-school threaded caps that seem to have worked just fine on every other container lid in existance for the last hundred years?
