Storage Bin Rack Ideas

I'm looking to build or buy a rack for those 30 gallon plastic storage bins. Maybe 3 or 4 bins high and 25' long. I was hoping to purchase PVC or steel or plans, that will save me all the time of building it out of wood.

Have anyone done this?

Got a welder and cutoff saw? You could weld something up in far less time, than drilling and bolting.

PVC is a poor choice, here. It sags.
