Looks like an old Franklin type fireplace.

No its not a Franklin, it's all plate steel, double walled with a blower in the back. I knew once who made it, but don't remember, maybe an early model Grizzley. Thing is heavy as hell...

Yeah really basic stoves. They are indestructible tanks but really inefficient

Has worked fine for me for well over 30 years. Yes, inefficient but where I live wood is plentiful.
