New Heritage II 8022 - flue collar connection + unidentified parts

Just purchased a like new Heritage 2. It was an older dealer floor/demo model but they are no longer a Hearthstone dealer and couldn’t tell me a whole lot about and so they gave us a deal we couldn’t refuse. A couple of questions please:
The enamelled flue collar is pre-drilled and leading me to think that a stove pipe must insert into the inside of the collar? See pic 1. If so, is there a dedicated adapter or pipe for this? If not, is it then just connected using standard 6” double wall pipe as shown in pic 2 with the screws drilled through into the collar holes?
Second question. The stove came with the parts shown in pic 3. Help ID-ing these a parts please.

Yes, the flue collar can get new holes drilled that line up with the double wall stove pipe holes. One can carefully measure the location of the existing flue collar holes and translate those locations to the stove pipe's outer wall, but it's more challenging.

Paging @Highbeam for a Heritage 2 question. That extra piece looks like it might be a flue collar heat shield.
