Hi there i am new and i have a few questions. I have bought a used better'n ben's wood stove insert and i would like to install it in my house. question #1 since it is a insert do I have to have a fireplace to put it into or can i use it without a fire place? Question #2 If i can use it like a freestanding stove does it have to have legs? I dont feel like burning down my house so i figure i'd better ask a few questions and do it right.
