I added a regulator to my stove pipe to control overdraft issues. My question is now, what temp should I keep things at. The regulator drops the pipe temp above it by letting in room temp air. Is that going to be an issue with creosote buildup?

Yes which is why a barometric damper doesn't belong on a woodstove?
