Need a simple thermostat that will turn on my stove mounted blower when temperature is at 300F or so and something that can withstand a stove's max temp as well.

Just something with a 120v receptacle on it? Maybe a sensor that mounts to the stove?

Does this exist? thanks.

Yes, Northline Express sells exactly what you are looking for. You mount it down on the stove back or bottom where the temps are lower. That way turning on the blower when the lower stove body is say 110F works well. This also helps keep wiring away from high heat.
