I measured one today and I think I wrote the measurements wrong.

I have 18 deep.
15 wide
12 high

Is that right? Deeper NS than wide?
 
Probably right. PE designs their stoves for N/S burning. That is how they show loading them in operating instructions. Why they have the different secondary air hole placement in the baffles also.
 
Yep, you wrote them down right. Kinda long and skinny.

Those secondary air holes are gonna trim the end off these splits. Actually, there's a 'T' burned in the top.

I really like the steel baffle design over the ceramic board. It reminds me of the century, but much better quality.
 
I gotta admit, I'm not very gentle with it. It's definitely durable.

If I ever get this place sold, another one is gonna be in the running for my next house.
