hi all, just curious, but my dvl adapter (telescoping pipe ,52" run from top of stove to dvl adapter at support box) is the hottest part of my flue. I understand that the over-lapping parts of the telescoping piece would be cooler, but it seems to me that the most heat should be within a couple feet of stovetop? am I wrong? is it just getting good draft ? or is there an issue with my adapter at the suppot box bottlenecking heat? thanks for the suggestions!
