Hey everyone!

I have a Fireplace Xtrordinair FPX36 Elite with a Temco 82 Series chimney system. Heavy snow has bent the top section of vent pipe. I've been trying to find a replacement 48" section of pipe (8" inside, 12" outer) but this series is discontinued. In the fireplace installation manual it lists other approved chimney systems - Simpson Duravent 8” x 12”, Firecraft FTF8 (Superior TF8), FMI 8DM and Marco 8D.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Are other brands of 8"x12" pipes interchangeable?

Thank you in advance!

Can you pull that section & take it to a sheet metal fabricator?
It may be able to be pressed back to straight.
If it still doesn't look good, but is functional, maybe you can
interchange it with the straight section below it?

The pipe is not interchangeable and Temco pipe is discontinued. If the bent pipe can't be repaired or salvaged, the chimney system may need to be replaced with new pipe like DuraPlus.
